Knee, right foot, left foot.

Bill Shatner, guns, and crime. LOL:

Belgium, "racism", and Bart Debie

As I recall, the Belgians did some pretty rough stuff in their African colonies, so I guess a little old fashioned authoritarianism at home shouldn't surprise me.

Especially in the dark heart of the European Union.

Capitalist in an Obama Utopia

Pheeew...that was close.

HANOI - COMMUNIST Vietnam has suspended a much-criticised plan to ban very short, thin and flat-chested people from driving, state media reported on Wednesday....

Under the 83-point plan, people shorter than 1.5 metres, lighter than 40 kilogrammes or with a chest circumference of less than 72 centimetres would no longer qualify for new drivers' licences.

The proposal worried many in this nation of slender people and spurned jokes about traffic police with tape measures enthusiastically flagging down female motorcyclists, and predictions of a run on padded bras....

So, the commies need an 83 point plan to keep scrawny people from driving?

Naughty, naughty, Delaware State Police

Denying a lady's gun purchase because of her age and sex, which are not, under Delaware law, reasons for doing so, led to discovering that the cops were keeping -and using- records of gun buyers for at least 6 years and ten months beyond what the law allows.

But what the heck, if the cops can't break the law, who can?

That pesky radio interview with Obama...

...on "major redistributive change" seems to be pretty popular.

In case you missed it, here it is:

Barbara West deserves an award for her interview with Joe Biden

So the campaign gave her one. No more interviews with anyone:
Biden so disliked West's line of questioning that the Obama campaign canceled a WFTV interview with Jill Biden, the candidate's wife.

"This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election," wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign.
I guess the NY Times needn't have any such worries about access.

PS: Don't miss the interview via the link. West could have asked some better follow up questions, but I can't imagine Dan Rather et al even thinking of doing such an interview, except perhaps in their nightmares.

UPDATE: Looks like Ol' Smokin' Joe had another rough experience lately:

Poor guy. Wait 'til he runs into Vladimir Putin.
